Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the case-review form or email us, that typically includes your name, firm, email address, the case type, and a description of what you need. We do not ask for, and you should not send through the website, protected health information or privileged case materials until an engagement and the appropriate protections are in place.

We do not collect names, defendants, or identifying case details for marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and run a conflict check.
• To provide the consulting and expert-support services you request.
• To keep records required for our own legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below or where required by law.

How your message reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), a service of Amazon Web Services. Your message is transmitted to our inbox and stored there. If you prefer, you can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp instead of using the form.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use a cookie consent banner because it does not need one. We measure aggregate traffic with a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not identify individual visitors or follow you across sites.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, for hosting delivery, security, and cookieless analytics.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), for delivering form submissions to us by email.
• Sentry, for application error monitoring. It helps us diagnose technical problems. Session recording (replay) is disabled, and the contents of your form submission are not sent to Sentry.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive case materials through the website before an engagement.

Children

This site is intended for attorneys and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
