Meet Dr. Mario Junqueira.
Dr. Mario Junqueira is a physician specialized in forensic medicine and medical expertise, and the founder of PericialMed. Over 15+ years he has delivered more than 1,000 expert medical-legal analyses, served as an internal-affairs officer and elected councilor of a federal medical board, and led the regional chapter of his specialty's national association. His expert work has shaped court decisions, national regulation, and federal legislation.
He now brings that experience to U.S. litigation from Philadelphia, where he earned a Master in Law in Health Law and Patient-Safety Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. A medical-legal report he authored was used in a U.S. federal administrative proceeding against a hospital, which resulted in a settlement.
